The town of Jankichatti, en route to Yamunotri
The
town of Jankichatti is located half way between the end of the paved
road and Yamunotri. The town provides accommodations and restaurants
for the pilgrims. In the foreground below is a table and chairs from
one of the restaurants. The colors of the table and chairs is echoed
in the valley beyond.
